WWE Releases HoHo Lun

According to wrestlinginc.com, WWE has released NXT wrestler and former Cruiserweight Classic competitor HoHo Lun. Lun was a participant in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic, defeating Ariya Daivari in the first round. He worked NXT TV a few times (last losing to Velveteen Dream) and also worked NXT live events during his run. Lun is 30 years old and from Hong Kong. WWE has not confirmed the release.
WWE is reportedly looking to cut costs in an attempt to increase the profit margin over the next six months.
