WWE Reportedly Changed Raw Storylines Due to Seth Rollins’ Back Injury
– A new report claims that Seth Rollins’ injury status caused some Raw storylines to be changed up. Sportskeeda reports that Rollins was originally expected to miss WrestleMania due to a nagging back injury, which was initially believed to be serious enough to keep him off the big PPV card. It was believed that he had a degenerated or torn lumbar disc. This led to WWE nixing a feud between Miz and Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Championship that would have led to a match at Elimination Chamber. Instead, they were put into the Chamber match.
However, Rollins underwent some diagnosis over last weekend and the tests revealed that Rollins is primarily suffering from a minor muscle tear which has similar symptoms to a torn lumbar. This led to him being added to the Elimination Chamber as well, which is now a seven-man match. Rollins is not expected to miss any time at this point.
