Zilla Fatu Explains How His WWE Journey Is Different From That Of BirthRight

Zilla Fatu is fresh off a feud with BirthRight, and he recently discussed how his journey to WWE differed from theirs. Fatu feuded with the NXT stable of second generation superstars through NXT Halloween Havoc, where he defeated Charlie Dempsey in a Falls Count Anywhere match.

Fatu is now set to be part of the John Cena Classic next month, and he spoke with Busted Open Radio where he talked about how his story is different from BirthRight.

“We have a different story, uce,” Fatu said (per Fightful). “I have a way different story from all these individuals in BirthRight. They don’t have The Main One’s story. I got here a different way. I didn’t rely on my family’s name. I didn’t rely on my dad’s legacy or none of that. I literally grinded on the independents and worked my way here. I got here, you know?”

Zilla Fatu is the second invitee to the tournament following Cody Rhodes. The John Cena Classic takes place on December 14th.
