– The Daily Star ran a report this week, claiming that former WWE CEO and Republican Senate candidate for Connecticut, Linda McMahon, could receive a position in the cabinet for President-Elect Donald Trump. It was previously reported that she donated millions of dollars to Trump’s presidential campaign.
According to the report, McMahon is “rumored” to be up for a potential role in the Commerce Department. After Trump won the election earlier this week, Linda McMahon wrote on Twitter, “What a night! Thrilled to congratulate my friend, President-elect Donald Trump on a hard-fought campaign and victory.” She was also reportedly in attendance at Trump’s victory party in New York City.
