Hiroshi Tanahashi and El Phantasmo Declare For NJPW World Tag League

Following their match at King of Pro Wrestling, Hiroshi Tanahashi and El Phantasmo decided to team up for NJPW World Tag League. The two faced each other for the World TV title at the event, with Phantasmo retaining after a time limit draw. They showed mutual respect after the match. After the match, they agreed to team up for the tournament. They were previously set to team in 2024, but Phantasmo had to go on hiatus due to a tumor.
