Amazing Red Fends Off Cedric Alexander In X-Division Title Defense On TNA Impact

Amazing Red was able to survive Cedric Alexander, defeating him to make the first defense of his new X-Division Title Reign on TNA Impact. Alexander challenged Red on Thursday night’s episode for the X-Division Championship, a title shot that he had earned on last week’s show in a four-way match.

The match went a little over 11 minutes and saw Alexander put Red on his heels on a number of occasions. However, Red was able to battle back and hit a diving Tonado DDT, followed by a Code Red to get the victory.
