Nikki Bella Explains Why She Probably Won’t Have Another Match With Brie

Nikki Bella says it’s unlikely that she’ll face off against her sister Brie before the two call it quits on their in-ring careers. The twin WWE Hall of Famers have only had one singles match against each other, which took place at WWE Hell in a Cell 2014.

Nikki spoke with Justin Dorazio for SportsRadio 94 and during the conversation she was asked about a possible match between the two. Nikki said that with Brie still out via injury, she thinks they will likely remain allied for the rest of their in-ring runs. You can see highlights below:

On Possibly Facing Brie In the Ring Again:

I mean, now after our injuries, I don’t think so. I just don’t think — we’re so at the end of our in-ring careers that I feel like it just has to be together at this point.”

On Her Previous Match With Brie:

“I would have loved that though before because I really loved that match with Brie. It’s a lot like when I have my matches with Paige. There’s certain people you work with and you have great chemistry with, and you give a lot to each other. And I remember that match, we just — our timing, you just have chemistry and I would have loved to have one more thing with Brie, especially how I am now. I would love for Brie to — like, if it was still Paige and I in a story, for her to come in and call me out and be like ‘What?’ But like, by the time she heals and comes back, I don’t think it’ll happen unfortunately.”
