Michael Page on how the fight ended: “When you know that if you continue with this fight, it’s only going to get worse from there, you wave the right flag, and that’s exactly what he did.”

Page on Rickels verbally submitting: “I don’t get paid for overtime, so if he wanted to quit, that’s his business. I’m coming back to the cage, and I’ll do it another time. I think most people enjoyed the show anyway, so I’m happy.”

Page on being the face of the company: “Everyone’s talking about belts, and I could not give a damn about who’s wearing what belt. No one fights like I do. With or without the belt, I’m the face of this company.”
