Less than 24 hours after ex-UFC lightweight champ Anthony Pettis pitched a fight with two-time welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson, Thompson (21-8 MMA, 8-7 UFC) posted on Instagram that he’d be happy to take on Pettis (14-3-1 MMA, 9-3-1 UFC), telling fans he’ll welcome the veteran lightweight.
