Fate Chooses Janelle Monae in New Antebellum Trailer

A new trailer for Antebellum is out, sending Janelle Monae’s lead character into a nightmarish reality. You can see the trailer below for the Lionsgate horror film, which reveals a bit more of the story as Monae’s author Veronica Henley ends up trapped in the slavery era of the US and must figure out how to save herself and others. The Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz-directed film releases on April 24th and stars Monae, Marque Richardson II, Eric Lange , Jack Huston, Kiersey Clemons, Tongayi Chirisa, Gabourey Sidibe, Rob Aramayo, Lily Cowles, and Jena Malone.
