First Trailer, Premiere Window Revealed For The Continental: From the World of John Wick

The world of John Wick will be explored in the new Peacock series The Continental, and the first trailer is online. Peacock released the trailer on Wednesday for the show, which will arrive on the streaming platform in September. You can check it out below.

The series will consist of three feature-length episodes and is a prequel. It stars Colin Woodell as Winston Scott, played by Ian McShane in the movies, and Ayomide Adegun as a young Charon (played by late Lance Riddick in the films). It also stars Mel Gibson, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada, Nhung Kate, Katie McGrath, Sallay Garnett, Ray McKinnon, and Peter Greene. It is described as follows:

The three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he’s dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970’s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind. Winston charts a deadly course through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne.
