Things are getting worse for embattled producer Harvey Weinstein. Deadline reports that Weinstein has been accused of attempting to rape a 16-year-old virgin model back in 2002 in a new amended class action lawsuit. This follows news that the Manhattan District Attorney dropped one of the charges against him in his criminal case.

The lawsuit claims that Weinstein “lured” the teen, born in Poland, “to his apartment and sexually assaulted her, and he continued to emotionally abuse and sexually harass her for nearly a decade thereafter.” The 264-page suit is seeking a jury trial and detailed claims from ten different women. In addition to Weinstein, The Weinstein Company, the Walt Disney Company, Bob Weinstein and other TWC board members and executives are named in the suit.

The lawsuit reads: “As a result, Jane Doe has experienced severe emotional and physical distress. Jane Doe was injured in her property or livelihood as a result of Weinstein’s actions, because Weinstein told Jane Doe he would help her secure an ensemble role in a movie, but he never did despite years of acting as the gatekeeper for and barrier to the industry because she would not give in to his sexual demands.

Jane Doe kept trying to avoid Weinstein’s advances but still try to get a job in Hollywood. It’s the latest claim of dozens against the producer, including actresses like Ashley Judd and Asia Argento.

The suit describes one incident from 2008 which featured another advance on Jane Doe, claiming that this continued to happen for years afterward. It reads: “[The] television in his TWC office showed Christina Aguilera performing. Weinstein paused their conversation to look up at the TV, and declared, ‘Wow, I’d really like to f*ck that p*ssy.’ He then unzipped his pants and began touching his penis. Jane Doe first froze, and then fled the office.

Weinstein’s lawyer Ben Brafman said: “This claim is preposterous. Like so many other women in this case who have already been exposed as liars, this latest completely uncorroborated allegation that is almost 20 years old will also be shown to be patently false.

The amended suit comes from one originally filed by Melissa Thompson, Larissa Gomes and Caitlin Dulan late last year and claimed there were violations of the RICO act. A federal judge combined the suit with another from Louisette Geiss, Zoe Brock, Sarah Ann Thomas, Katherine Kendall, Melissa Sagemiller and Nannette Klatt, which resulted in this amended complaint. In total, Weinstein has been accused by over sixty women of sexual assault and harassment. He’s also being investigated by federal prosecutors, the Manhattan D.A.’s office and the NYPD. The LAPD is also reviewing allegations sent to them back on February 8, as well as an additional case from last month. There is also an investigation in the UK.
