The John Wick Franchise Travels To 1970s In The Continental Trailer

The John Wick prequel series The Continental arrives on Peacock next month, and a new trailer for the three-part event is online. Peacock released a trailer for the series on Wednesday and you can check it out below. The preview reveals more of the story as Winston Scott (Colin Woodell, playing the part Ian McShane played in the films) tries to navigate the turbulent era as the origins of the titular hotel for assassins plays out. Winston finds himself dragged into the Hellscape of 1970’s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind.

The series stars WoodellAyomide Adegun (Charon), Peter Greene, Mel Gibson, Ben Robson, Katie McGrath, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada, and Nhung Kate and releases its first part on September 22nd, followed by part two on September 29th and part three on October 6th.
