John Wick Has A Higher Body Count In Three Movies Than Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers Combined

Whether you’ve seen the John Wick movies or not, it’s probably not a surprise to learn that Keanu Reeves eponymous hitman kills a lot of people. According to a recent video from Rotten Tomatoes, he kills 94 people in Chapter 3 alone. Meanwhile, Maxim reported that directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski revealed that he killed 84 and 128 people in the first and second films, respectively. That’s a total of 306 people in three movies.

But where does he stack up against some of the greatest killers in cinematic history? Bloody Disgusting did the leg work and looked up the body counts of two of the greatest slasher villains ever: Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers. Jason has killed 157 people across 12 Friday the 13th movies, while Myers has slain an impressive 140 over eleven Halloween movies. That gives the two masked killers a combined total of 297, which Baba Yaga manages to just surpass.

In the defense of Jason and Michael, they like to do their killing up close and personal and Mr. Wick usually relies on gun fights.
