Manny Montana Joins Ironheart Disney+ MCU Show

The upcoming Ironheart Disney+ series has added a new regular in Manny Montana. Deadline reports that Montana (Good Girls) has joined the upcoming MCU series in a role that’s being kept under wraps at this moment.

Montana joins a cast that includes Anthony Ramos, Lyric Ross, and Dominique Thorn — the latter playing the titular role of Riri Williams. Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes are directing the series, which will be based on the Brian Michael Bendis and Mike Deodato-created comic book character who built her own Iron Man suit. Thorne will first appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever as the character.

Chinaka Hodge is the head writer for the series, which begins shooting this month in Atlanta.
