The New Mutants Gets Comic Con at Home Panel, New Trailer Released

Disney is still set to release The New Mutants on August 28th for now, and the film has a new trailer announcing a Comic Con At Home panel. 20th Century Studios has announced that the X-Men spinoff film will receive a panel via the SDCC@Home event featuring the cast and crew. In celebration of the panel, the studio has released a new trailer for the film that you can check out below with a bit of new footage from the movie.

THe panel will take place at 5 PM ET/2 PM PT and will feature writer/director Josh Boone, Maisie Williams (Wolfsbane), Anya Taylor-Joy (Magik), Charlie Heaton (Cannonball), Alice Braga (Cecilia Reyes), Blu Hunt (Mirage), and Henry Zaga (Sunspot). The film, loosely based on the comics’ famed “Demon Bear” arc, is described as follows:

Five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will, fight to escape their past sins and save themselves.
