SAG is considering whether to pull a Lifetime Achievement for Morgan Freeman following sexual harassment claims made against the actor. The Screen Actor’s Guild told TMZ that the organization is considering possible “corrective action” after Freeman was accused of harassment by eight women in incidents ranging over several years.

Freeman issued a statement after the claims became public which read, “Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent.”

The site also reports that VIsa and TransLink, whom have featured Freeman in their marketing, are suspending ads in which he or his voice appear.
