Saw XI Announced For Fall 2024 Release

The Saw franchise has a new game afoot, with a new entry in the franchise set for fall 2024. Lionsgate announced on social media on Monday announcing that Saw XI will release on September 27th, 2024.
Plot details are not yet clear; this year’s Saw X was set between the events of the first two films. Based on the ending, is a direction the film could build directly off of that but that is not yet confirmed, nor are the potential returns of Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith who reprised their roles of John Kramer and Amanda Young in Saw X.
Saw X opened to the best reviews in the franchise’s history with an 80% aggregated critics score on Rotten Tomatoes and scored with fans as well, with an 89% audience score. It grossed $107.5 million worldwide against a $13 million budget, the best in the franchise since Saw 3D in 2010.
