Titans Season Four Casts Joseph Morgan As Brother Blood

The next season of Titans is getting underway, with a The Vampire Diaries star set to play Brother Blood. Deadline reports that Joseph Morgan, best known for his role of Klaus Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, will play the Titans incarnation of Sebastian Blood in the upcoming fourth season.

Blood is described as “an introvert with a strong intelligence and a hidden darker nature” in the show. Additionally, Franka Potente (Run Lola Run will play May Bennett/Mother Mayhem, who is described as “a natural leader who always carries the threat of violence with her, a predator in human form with an unfettered belief in her mission in the world.”

Finally, Lisa Ambalavanar will play the recurring role of Jinx, “a quick-witted criminal loner and a master of dark magic with a joy for manipulating others and creating chaos while doing it.”

Morgan took to Twitter to confirm his casting, as you can see below. Titans ended season three with most of Titans team back together after uniting to battle Scarecrow (Vincent Kartheiser>, who had recruited a killed-then-resurrected Jason Todd as the Red Hood in his plans to destroy Gotham.
