AJ Styles appeared in the opening segment of the big TNA Impact premiere on AMC to open the show. Thursday night’s show marked the show’s premiere on their new cable home, and the episode opened with Styles coming out to the ring.
The WWE star said that he was going to keep things short and sweet as they had “some wrestling to do.” He said he wanted to welcome the fans to the house that he built. Styles pumped up TNA as a company that was now bigger, bolder, badder and on AMC. That got the fans to chant for AMC. Styles noted that this is TNA and the fans are the TNA Nation before saying it was time to “create some chaos.” He then headed to the back so that the opening match could take place as The Hardys and Elijah took on Order 4 in six-man tag team action.
Styles’ appearance was announced last week. This is his second appearance for the company’s broadcast product in the past several months. He previously showed up at TNA Slammiversary in July and congratulated Leon Slater on defeating Moose for the TNA X-Division Championship.
