Alberto El Patron Joins Cast Of Mexican Reality Show La Granja VIP

Alberto El Patron has joined the cast of the Mexican reality series La Granja VIP. TV Azteca announced on Monday that the WWE and AAA alumnus will be part of the show. You can see the announcement video below for the series, which premieres on October 12th.

La Granja VIP is the first season of the franchise for Mexico and will be a celebrity-focused season. The greater franchise is The Farm, which originated in Sweden in 2021. The show is build around the contestants living on a farm and features eliminations each week, similar to shows like Big Brother (or in this case Celebrity Big Brother).

El Patron was exiled from AAA after he lost a match to El Mesias in late July. He returned for a single house show in early August but hasn’t competed since.
