Ash by Elegance Undergoes Surgery

Surgeries are not uncommon for wrestlers, usually to fix in-ring injuries. For TNA star Ash by Elegance, however, it’s less straightforward, as she has been battling unusual health issues that caused her to briefly retire.

Not long ago, she explained, “I don’t look sick. I feel good today, but tomorrow might not. So, it’s definitely a health issue. My issue is weird. They call it like a medical mystery. I’ve done so many things, I spent numerous days in the ICU that nobody really knows about because I haven’t put that out there yet until I honestly can find out really what this is.”

Whatever it is, her doctors have apparently nailed it down enough that she’s going into surgery today. Posting on X with an image of her legs on a gurney, she wrote, “Surgery time! Prayers up! Adds to my story I will share & hopefully help others going through what I am! Trust me you are not alone!”

Formerly and perhaps best known as Dana Brooke in WWE, Ash had a successful career as a bodybuilder before becoming a wrestler. In TNA, she has held the TNA Knockouts World Championship and the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship.
