Austin Theory recently revealed his favorite advice from Paul Heyman.

In December 2025, Austin Theory was revealed as the masked man who helped The Vision defeat CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos in the WarGames Match at Survivor Series. Theory was ultimately added to The Vision.

He is currently one-half of the World Tag Team Champions alongside Bron Breakker. The former US Champion has been generating massive heat recently for his role in Maxxine Dupri turning on Otis and Tozawa. While his relationship with Paul Heyman on WWE TV has been rocky lately, the latter seems to be one of his biggest supporters backstage.

Speaking to The Early Bird Special, Theory opened up about the role Heyman has played in his career throughout his WWE stint, including his induction to The Vision last winter. He also revealed what Heyman told him when he first started working with the group.

Here’s what Austin Theory said:

“I got to WWE and even the pandemic era of RAW, when I left NXT and went to RAW to do Seth’s group, that was all Paul Heyman as well. But I’d have to say, man, he’s always had my back. Even The Vision group, he wanted me in that. I was like. ‘Absolutely!’ I’d say when it comes to advice, there’s a lot of advice, but one of my favorite things he said to me when I first got with the group was, ‘Don’t F this up.’ ‘All right, you got it!’
