Big E Says Penta Did Not Cause Xavier Woods’ Injury, Says Woods Has Had the Lump for a While

Former WWE Champion Big E appeared on last night’s Raw Recap and discussed Xavier Woods recently undergoing surgery. As noted, Woods later claimed that the surgery to get a lump removed from his head was the result of Adam Pearce instructing Penta to injure him. Below are some highlights (via Fightful):

On the Destroyer as a move: “Destroyer? I love it. I need more Mexican Destroyers, Canadian Destroyers. I need Destroyers from every country. Every region in the world. I think they should be implemented more often. I am very pro destroyer of any and all type, honestly. Just give me more. Just give me more.”

Big E on Xavier Woods’ recent surgery being unrelated to Penta hitting him with a Mexican Destroyer: “He did have surgery. But that is not why. That man has had that lump for a while. He has. Look, when you spend a decade around someone. I have known about this growth in his head for years. All right. This is not because of the Canadian destroyer. Oh, look, I don’t want to get into how intimately I know the bodies in the locker room, but trust me, if there’s a body, I know it’s Xavier Woods. By the way, trust me, if there’s a body I know it’s Xavier Woods.”
