Jacob Fatu Triumphs Over Drew McIntyre in Unsanctioned Match at WrestleMania 42 Saturday

Jacob Fatu finally exacted his revenge on Drew McIntyre, as The Samoan Werewolf put The Scottish Warrior away via pinfall in a hellacious Unsanctioned match at WrestleMania 42 Saturday.
Fatu, as one would expect from a guy who has been on the receiving end of repeated beatings at the hands of Drew in recent weeks, was locked in right from the outset, as he took out Drew with a suicide dive during the former WWE Champion’s entrance.
Tables, chairs, wrenches, the referee’s belt, and most importantly, McIntyre’s nemesis, the toolbox that led to his demise in that Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk in 2024, were in full play during the match as the two men inflicted so much pain on each other. Amid all this, McIntyre recreated his signature WrestleMania, as he grabbed his phone from his brother at ringside and hit Fatu with it before taking a video and posting it on social media.
At one point in the match, Drew demanded that the referee take off his belt so that he could whip Jacob Fatu again. But this time, Fatu turned the tables on him and belted him relentlessly. The closing moments of this incredibly entertaining match saw Drew push Jacob off the top of a turnbuckle, leading to Fatu going through a table that he had initially set up.
However, Fatu recovered in dominant fashion, hitting Drew with a Superkick and then blasting his opponent’s face with the toolbox before hitting the Moonsault to secure the pinfall.
