Je’Von Evans, Axiom Part Of Triple Threat Match At AAA Alianzas Next Weekend

Je’Von Evans and Axiom are competing as part of a triple threat match for an AAA Cruiserweight Championship shot at AAA Alianzas next weekend. AAA announcd on Wednesday that the NXT star and the Smackdown star will face Octagon Jr. at the November 22nd taping. The match will be a #1 Contender’s bout for the AAA Cruiserweight Title.

Laredo Kid is the current AAA Cruiserweight Champion, having held the title for 341 days. He defeated Matt Riddle in December of 2024 to win the championship.

The announcement comes after it was announced that Chelsea Green & Ethan Page would appear at the show. Page and Green currently hold the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships. They are defending those titles against Joe Hendry and Thea Hail at NXT Gold Rush next Tuesday.

The updated lineup for the AAA Alianzas taping, which takes place in Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City, is:

* Dragon Lee & El Hijo del Vikingo vs. Dominik Mysterio & El Grande Americano.
