John Cena Set To Make Final Boston and Madison Square Garden Appearance In November, Note on Retirement Match

WWE has announced that John Cena will make his final appearances in Madison Square Garden and Boston this November. He will appear on episodes of RAW on November 10 (TD Garden in Boston) and November 17 (MSG in New York City). Tickets for both events go on sale September 10 at 10 AM ET, with a presale on September 9 at the same time.

PWInsider notes that Cena was originally scheduled to wrestle his last match in Boston at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. However, that show will no longer air from Boston and plans are changing. It will likely not even be in the New England area.

The original plan was for Cena to end his career in Boston, something his own father confirmed, but WWE has changed plans. Cena now has eight appearances left on his retirement tour. The updated list of Cena’s final appearances includes:

September 5: WWE SmackDown (Chicago, IL)
September 15: WWE Raw (Lowell, Massachusetts)
September 20: WWE Wrestlepalooza (Indianapolis, Indiana)
October 11: WWE Crown Jewel: Perth (Perth, Australia)
November 10: WWE Raw (Boston, MA)
November 17: WWE Raw (New York, NY)
November 29: WWE Survivor Series (San Diego, CA)
December 13: Retirement Match
