Lash Legend Joins WWE Smackdown Roster, Helps Nia Jax Beat Charlotte Flair

Lash Legend has joined forces with Nia Jax, helping the latter defeat Charlotte Flair on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. Legend returned to Smackdown on Friday’s show, coming out as Jax battled Flair in the ring. Legend attacked Alexa Bliss and Jax took advantage of the distraction to take Flair out with the Annihilator for the pinfall.

This marks Legend’s return to Smackdown after nearly a year. WWE.com has moved Legend to the Smackdown roster. She was previously in NXT. According to WrestleVotes, the two will be a team moving forward. WWE Creative has a “level of optimism” with Legend, according to the report.

Jax and Legend spoke with Cathy Kelley after the match. Jax said that she faced Legend at NXT and she’s formidable. She acknowledged Legend as a friend. Legend then talked herself up and said she and Jax were headed straight to the top.
