WKMG Orlando reports that Armando Montalvo, the man who was shot by Orange County police outside of the WWE Performance Center in 2015, was ruled incompetent and temporarily sent to a state mental hospital. His next hearing will be on January 31.

Montalvo was obsessed with Lita, who made frequent visits to the PC at the time. He refused to leave the building. He then charged at a deputy, who was forced to shoot him in the chest. Montalvo survived the incident. He was released from jail after posting a bond, but the bond was revoked when he was arrested. The trial is on hold for the moment.
