New WWE Recruit Getting Confused With Band Hanson on Twitter
– New WWE Performance Center recruit War Beard Hanson is getting mistaken for pop rock band Hanson on Twitter. Yep, the “MMMBop” guys. WWE.com has an article looking at the situation and noting that several radio stations have tagged War Beard Hanson in “Now Playing” tweets in association with Hanson songs, prompting the wrestler to respond as you can see in a couple of examples below.
Adding to the fun, Donovan Dijak posted suggesting that Hanson change his name to Lou Bega. For those of you who don’t know or have managed to mercifully wipe your minds of 1990s one-hit wonders, Bega was the German recording artist behind “Mambo No. 5” which was a huge hit in 1999.
