This production was unforgettable. Our incredibly talented cast and crew brought the thunder and helped deliver something truly special. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this season even bigger than the first one.

Now… off to post.

The video game adaptation was renewed for a second season in December of last year and began filming in July. The first season starred Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church, with Will Arnett and Joe Seanoa, Neve Campbell, Richard Cabral, Mike Mitchell, Tahj Vaughans, and Lou Beatty Jr. Anthony Carrigan is joining in the second season as Calypso alongside recurring stars Patty Guggenheim, Richard de Klerk and Tiana Okoye.

The new season is described as follows:

Following the finale of season one, John (Anthony Mackie) and Quiet (Stephanie Beatriz) find themselves entering the deadly Twisted Metal tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including in the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated when he reunites with his long-long sister, the vigilante Dollface.
