During last night’s NWA Crockett Cup event, NWA broadcaster Joe Galli announced that NWA Powerrr has found a new TV home with the Sinclair Broadcasting Group (via Fightful). NWA Powerrr is reportedly set to air on Comet, the sci-fi broadcast network under the Sinclair banner.
Fans will recall Sinclair as the former TV home for Ring of Honor (ROH), along with the promotion’s former owner, before Tony Khan acquired ROH in spring 2022. ROH TV previously aired on CW and MyNetworkTV affiliates. Powerrr currently airs on the Roku Sports Channel, and it’s previously streamed on YouTube, Twitter, The CW App, and FITE TV.
Additionally, PWInsider reports that NWA is targeting a July return to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
