Rey Mysterio Appears at Garcia vs. Benn Weigh-Ins With Ryan Garcia

Ahead of getting attacked by Omos last night at AAA Triplemania 34, WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio was still present at the weigh-ins yesterday in Las Vegas for the ZUFFA Boxing Garcia vs. Benn fight.

Mysterio walked out with boxer Ryan Garcia during the weigh-ins. You can see clips of Mysterio taking part in the weigh-ins for the fight card below. Garcia will be defending his WBC Welterweight Title against Conor Benn later tonight.

Later in the day, Rey Mysterio competed in the main event at AAA Triplemanía 34: Night 1 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Omos defeated Mysterio in a singles bout. As a result, Omos’ suspension was lifted.

After the match, Omos and AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio, Rey’s son, continued assaulting the AAA General Manager. After they left the ring, Omos came back and continued attacking Mysterio after he was put on a stretcher, slamming him into the commentary desk.
