Rhea Ripley remained WWE Women’s Champion at today’s WWE Clash in Italy in Turin, overcoming the former champion, Jade Cargill. Ripley had to not only deal with Jade Cargill but also her minions, B-Fab and Michin. However, a well-placed assist from Charlotte Flair evened the odds, allowing Ripley to pick up the victory.

At one point, Ripley nearly had the match won after hitting Cargill with Riptide. However, B-Fab rabbed Cargill’s leg and put it on the ropes to break up the pinfall.

However, Charlotte Flair emerged from the crowd, taking out B-Fab and Michin, getting some payback for her tag team partner, Alexa Bliss, after the events of last Friday’s SmackDown. Cargill nearly pinned Ripley after Riptide, but Flair lent an assist, putting Ripley’s foot on the rope.

With Flair neutralizing B-Fab and Michin, Ripley hit Cargill with another Riptide, securing the pinfall and victory. Ripley has now held the title for six weeks, defeating the former champion Cargill to win the belt at WrestleMania 42 last month.
