UPDATED: More on Injuries Forcing Sami Zayn to Take Time Off

UPDATE: Pro Wrestling Sheet has some new details on Sami Zayn’s injury that is forcing him to take time off. According to the site, Zayn is dealing with knee and shoulder injuries. At this time it isn’t known how severe the injuries are, thus his travelling to Birmingham to get evaluated.

Obviously, until WWE knows more about the seriousness of the injuries, there’s no word on how long he’ll be on the shelf for.

ORIGINAL: According to Pwinsider.com, Sami Zayn went into the WWE MITB PPV injured. This was the reason his match with Lashley was so short and one-sided. Sayn had been working injured and is now scheduled for time off to deal with undisclosed injury. Zayn was not backstage at last night’s WWE Raw and he is scheduled to travel to Birmingham, Alabama this week to be examined.
