Santos Escobar Says He Wants to Face Sean Waltman, Waltman Comments
– At NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver Night 2, Santos Escobar defeated Jordan Devlin in a Ladder Match to become the undisputed NXT Cruiserweight champion. After the match, he was congratulated by WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman. Escobar later responded and said that he wants to have a match against Waltman if he returns for one more match.
Santos Escobar posted on Twitter, “Please allow me to share the squared circle with you should you decide to have #OneMoreMatch.”
Waltman later responded, “I made the decision before I had knee surgery. Let’s have a conversation when my Dr clears me to wrestle.”
