Tessa Blanchard Says She & La Rosa Negra Are On Good Terms, Wants Her In TNA

Tessa Blanchard says that La Rosa Negra, who she was once accused of making racist comments toward, are in a good place now and she’d like to see Negra in TNA. As you no doubt know, Blanchard was accused back in 2020 of using a racial slur against Negra in 2017. Blanchard previously denied the allegations and took a hiatus from wrestling.

Blanchard is of course back now in TNA and has been a target of “You’re A Racist” chants in the promotion. She has denied that accusation and, in a new post on Twitter, said that she and Negra are on good terms and talk regularly.

Blanchard shared DMs with Negra from March and May. She wrote in the post:

“La Rosa and I are on very good terms and talk every now and then, usually about wrestling! Would love to get her in TNA one day.”

Blanchard told Negra in the DMs:

“Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth rehashing. It’s in the past, and we’ve both moved forward. At this point, it’s really no one else’s business. I’m just glad we’re in a better place now, and I’d rather focus on that.

We remember things differently, and that’s okay. However, we both know race had nothing to do with what happened that night. At the end of the day, what matters is where we are now, not what’s behind us. I hope you keep succeeding & doing your best because I love to see it!!!”

Negra replied:

“Hahahaha let me defend you in TNA!!!!

Jajajaja i was talking with Moody Jack about story lines and the reel of the (in ring) came out!!!

We start laughing in good way and well…… just hoping u are well!!”
