The man who is charged with stalking Liv Morgan will at last go on trial later this month, according to a new report. As you may recall a Canadian man named Shawn Chan was arrested in Florida in June of 2025 after being accused of stalking Liv Morgan. Chan charged with interstate domestic violence after he allegedly traveled from Canada to Orlando and claimed to customs agents in Florida that he would be staying to the WWE Performance Center. Instead, he went to Morgan’s home on May 31st and attempted to gain entry, and was arrested at an NXT taping after WWE security recognized him and alerted authorities.

PWInsider reports that Chan’s trial is set to begin on June 15th. He was originally scheduled to go on trial in November of last year, but it has been delayed several times.

The trial is listed as a “stipulated facts bench trial” in court records. A bench trial is one where the judge decides the verdict as opposed to a jury trial, and “stipulated facts” means that both sides agree on certain facts in the case, eliminating the need to contest or establish said facts through witnesses.

Chan is still incarcerated despite requests to be released.
