Updated Card For WWE Backlash Following This Week’s Raw

WWE has an updated card for WWE Backlash following the conclusion of Monday night’s episode of Raw. Monday night’s show saw Roman Reigns accept Jacob Fatu’s challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash. Reigns initially said that Fatu didn’t deserve it, which led to Fatu attacking him and knocking him down. Reigns than said that he would see Fatu at the PLE.

Also announced for Backlash was a bout between IYO SKY and Asuka. The match was set up after Asuka cost SKY a shot at the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship and attacked her after the bell rang. Asuka then laid out the challenge later in the show.

The two matches join the previously noted bout between Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins for the PLE. You can see the updated card below.

WWE Backlash takes place from Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida on May 9th. It will air on ESPN Unlimited in the US and Netflix internationally.
