WWE Halftime Heat Results: NXT Stars Battle in Six-Man Tag Team Match (Video)

– WWE held their Halftime Heat show on the WWE Network during the Super Bowl halftime show, with NXT stars facing off in six-man tag action. Aleister Black, Velveteen Dream, and Ricochet defeated Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole in the match, which you can see in the below video.

The match was a back-and-forth affair that saw Gargano and Ricochet start things off. After the babyfaces controlled the early goings, things turned around during a brawl on the outside of the ring with Ciampa pulling Dream back into the ring. Gargano and Ciampa were not quite on the same page, with Gargano refusing to tag Ciampa in at one point and then tagging himself in when Ciampa was working over Dream.

Ricochet got the hot tag and took out all three heels, giving the faces some time on top which eventually descended into all men fighting in the ring. It came down to Ricochet and Cole, with Ricochet kicking out of a Panama Sunrise but ending up in the ring with all three heel. Black broke it up and Dream tagged in. Cole took several finishers before Dream got the pinfall on him.
