WWE News: Latest Evidence That Starrcade Won’t Air on WWE Network, Flair Sends Shirts to Jaguars
– New evidence supporting the notion that Starrcade will not air on the WWE Network has been discoverd. Wrestling Inc reports that tickets went on sale for the November 25th Smackdown-brand event. Among the available tickets are seats on the other side of where the hard camera would go. This would seem to corroborate reports from last week that the show will not be taped to air on the Network.
– Ric Flair sent shirts to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Flair is a friend of the NFL team’s owner, Tony Khan. Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone told First Coast News that the team appreciated the gesture and talked about Flair’s recent health scare.
“It was great,” Marrone said. “Obviously, Ric, I met him one time while he was here at one of our games, briefly. It was only because my mind was occupied on the game. I wish it was in a social setting because I had a lot of questions for him. So when this came in and Tony’s relationship with him, obviously he just went through a life-threatening situation, for us to just do something and wish him well in his recovery, which we’re happy to see that he’s doing well, I think it’s a gesture of having support for him.”
Thanks for the shirts, @RicFlairNatrBoy, and glad you're doing better!
