The Young Bucks donated their revenue from a YouTube livestream to ALS fundraising on Rebel’s behalf. As reported, earlier this week, AEW launched a “Rebel Heart” fundraiser for the on-hiatus AEW star, who is battling a terminal ALS diagnosis. Rebel has also become an ambassador for the non-profit I AM ALS.
The Young Bucks did a YouTube livestream on Wednesday night and according to F4W Online, fans suggested during the stream that the Bucks support Rebel’s I AM ALS efforts. They agreed, saying that was a good idea, and the stream ended up earning $3,000 in donations which they said that they would be donating to the charity.
“This is really cool,” Matt Jackson said. “This turned into a really positive thing, a good cause. If you have donated, thank you so much. Thank you so much. We just hit $3K with that.”
He continued, “Thank you for everything, y’all. We love you all. And, again, 100 percent of this is going to you, Rebel. We love you, we’re thinking about you, and we’re praying for you.”
