Jason “Mayhem” Miller Pleads Guilty to Domestic Violence as Part of Plea Deal

Former UFC fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller has pled guilty to a count of domestic violence as part of a plea agreement with the prosecutor’s office. MMAjunkie reports that Miller pled guilty to one count and received a suspended four-year prison sentence along with three years of probation for a series of domestic incidents involving three separate girlfriends between 2015 and 2017. Miller received credit for sixty-two days served in jail.

Miller was charged with five felony counts of corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, two misdemeanor charges of damaging a wireless device to prevent usage for assistance or to notify law enforcement, and one felony charge of vandalism over the two year period. The vandalsim charge related to damage done to one girlfriends’s car and home. Miller must pay restitution to the victims and stay sober during his probation. He must also join a batterers’ treatment program.

Miller has had a host of legal issues over the years, notably pleading guilty to over ten charges in April related to altercations with police over the past three years. Miller was sentenced to 100 days in jail for that time and three years probation, avoiding jail time thanks to getting double credit for fifty days already served in jail.
