Trailer Arrives For Sci-Fi Thriller Captive State

Focus Features has released the first teaser trailer for the sci-fi thriller Captive State, which will be released on March 29, 2019. The film was directed by Rupert Wyatt, who co-wrote with Erica Beeney. It stars John Goodman, Ashton Sanders, Jonathan Majors and Vera Farmiga. It is produced by David Crockett and Rupert Wyatt and executive produced by Jeff Skoll and Jonathan King.

Here’s a synopsis: Set in a Chicago neighborhood nearly a decade after an occupation by an extra-terrestrial force, Captive State explores the lives on both sides of the conflict – the collaborators and dissidents.
