David Finlay and Clark Connors are All Elite, and a new report has a couple notes on their signing with AEW alongside Gabe Kidd. As noted, Finlay made his debut on this week’s AEW Dynamite. The NJPW alumnus joined Connors and Kidd in assaulting Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy after the tag team match pitting the two babyfaces against Connors and Kidd. It was confirmed afterward by Tony Khan that the trio is signed with the company.

As had already been reported, Finlay’s deal with AEW came together in the past week. Fightful Select reports in their latest weekly Debunkathon that despite reports suggesting otherwise, Finlay did not have any discussions with TNA Wrestling before he signed with AEW.

As for Connors, the report states that he was officially signed by AEW a couple of weeks back. There’s no word on exactly when Kidd signed his AEW deal.

Finlay had some discussions with WWE, but it has been reported that they made him an offer to start in NXT as opposed to a main roster deal and were not willing to budge on that aspect of the offer. Finlay then decided to sign with AEW instead.

The trio were part of the Bullet Club War Gods in NJPW and are being known as The Dogs going forward in AEW.
