Kenny Omega Defeats Bad Dude Tito on Collision; Addresses Zack Sabre Jr. & MJF In Post-Match Promo

Former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega had a successful return to singles competition at Collision: Summer Blockbuster.
The Cleaner opened tonight’s show as he took on Zack Sabre Jr.’s stablemate Bad Dude Tito. This was Omega’s first singles bout since his defeat to AEW World Champion MJF at Dynasty this past April.

Omega made short work of Bad Dude Tito, as he executed a V-Trigger and followed it up with the One-Winged Angel to secure the pinfall.

After the match, Kenny got on the microphone and admitted that he has been trying to figure out what he needs to do to get back to the top of the mountain in AEW. He thanked Zack Sabre Jr. for presenting him with this opportunity.

Omega lauded Sabre, hailing him as one of the best technical wrestlers in the world. He then noted that he was once called the best in the world, and at Forbidden Door, he intends to prove why at the expense of Sabre. The 42-year-old feels that Zack is the one who’ll help him unlock his next level.

After addressing Zack Sabre Jr., Kenny turned his attention toward MJF, warning the champion that he’d go after him once he’s done with Zack.

As noted previously, Sabre issued a challenge to Omega for a match at Forbidden Door at Dynamite: Summer Blockbuster. He is currently 0-2 against Kenny.
