Alejandro Perez Wants A Top Ten Opponent Next

In an interview with MMA Junkie, Alejandro Perez said that he wants to fight a top ten-ranked opponent next after his win over Matthew Lopez at UFC on FOX 29. Here are highlights:

On who he wants to fight next: “With winning the six fights now I feel like I’m ready for the top 10. I feel like I’m moving in the right direction. … I’m looking at Eddie Wineland. I think I match up well. People that are in front of me, not people that are behind me so I can keep moving up the ranks.”

On his performance against Lopez: “I am happy with my performance. I feel I want to do better.”
