December 5, 2018 | Posted by
Conor McGregor has been granted a continuance in the hearing over his particulation in the post-fight brawl at UFC 229. MMAjunkie reports that McGregor will not appear before the NSAC next Monday as expected after the commission granted his legal reps’ request for a delay. The commission has not yet announced the news.
The commission filed formal disciplinary complaints against McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov last week over the brawl, which took place after their fight. The complaints allege that Nurmagomedov “refused to comply” with an order to “disengage from the situation and walk away,” as did McGregor. They are both accused oif “foul or unsportsmanlike conduct” and violating Nevada state laws.
