Diego Brandao Credits Recent Wins Due to Returning to Brazil for Training

Speaking after his win over Katsunori Kikuno at UFC Fight Night 75 (via MMAjunkie), former Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Brandao discussed his quick knockout win. Below are some highlights.

Brandao on when he wants to fight again: “I’m hoping in December or in January. I want to fight one more time, I think, by the end of the year.”

Brandao on returning to Brazil to train after losing two fights in a row: “After I lost two fights I said, ‘I think I have to go back home and work hard with great guys on the top tier.’ A bunch of guys. Black belts in jiu-jitsu, judo guys, wrestling guys to prepare for this fight. It’s pretty much this. I feel happy about two victories in the first round.”
