Timothy Johnson Signs With Bellator MMA

Suckerpunch Entertainment announced today that former UFC light heavyweight fighter Timothy Johnson has signed with Bellator MMA. Johnson has been signed to a multi-fight deal with the MMA promotion.

Johnson previously fought for the UFC from 2015 to 2018. He amassed a 4-3 record and is coming off a win for his last fight in the Octagon, defeating Marcelo Golm by decision at UFC Fight Night 125. His other wins in the UFC include such names as Daniel Omielańczuk, Marcin Tybura and Shamil Abdurakhimov.

Bellator MMA has not yet announced Johnson’s debut date or opponent. Those details will be revealed later on.
